Guamanian Chilaquiles (chalakiles)

Ingredients
- 4 cups tortilla chips
- 1 cup Guamanian red pepper sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the Guamanian red pepper sauce over medium heat.
- Add the tortilla chips to the skillet and toss to coat them evenly with the sauce.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese and diced onions over the chips.
- Create small wells in the mixture and crack the eggs into the wells.
