- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons coconut milk
- 3/4 cup water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Add the coconut milk and water, and mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and flatten each portion into a round disc.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the flatbreads for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
