Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) egg noodles
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Boil the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat with the garlic sauce.
  5. Stir in the sliced green onions and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Transfer the noodles to a serving dish and garnish with additional green onions, if desired.
