- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1 cup guava jelly
- 1/4 cup soy sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Season the ribs with salt and pepper, then place them on a baking sheet.
- In a small saucepan, combine the guava jelly, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Cook over medium heat until the jelly is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Brush the guava glaze over the ribs, covering them completely.
