Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 8 oz Guernsey goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a tart pan and crimp the edges.
  3. Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese evenly over the bottom of the crust.
  4. Arrange the cherry tomato halves on top of the goat cheese.
