Ingredients
- 500ml water
- 100g rock sugar
- 50g dried osmanthus flowers
- 50g sweet rice (sticky rice)
Instructions
- In a pot, bring water to a boil.
- Add rock sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Rinse the dried osmanthus flowers and add them to the pot.
- Rinse the sweet rice and add it to the pot.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the sweet rice becomes translucent and the osmanthus flowers release their fragrance.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
