Ingredients
- Glutinous rice flour - 2 cups
- Water - 3/4 cup

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the glutinous rice flour with water to form a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into small pieces and roll them into balls.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the rice balls. Cook until they float to the surface, then remove and drain.
- In a separate pot, combine sugar, dried osmanthus flowers, and water. Bring to a simmer until the sugar dissolves to make the osmanthus syrup.
- Serve the rice balls in bowls and pour the osmanthus syrup over them. Enjoy!
