Gui Zhou Chao Gan is a classic dish from Guizhou Cuisine, featuring stir-fried pork liver with a flavorful combination of spices and aromatics.
Ingredients
- 500g pork liver, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions
- Heat the cooking oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add the garlic, onion, and green chilies. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the pork liver slices and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
- Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and ground white pepper. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
