Ingredients

  • 500g pork liver, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 green chilies, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a wok over high heat.
  2. Add the garlic, onion, and green chilies. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the pork liver slices and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and ground white pepper. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
