  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons black vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sichuan peppercorns
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic, red chili, and green onions. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
