Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken, cut into pieces

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken pieces and brown them on all sides. Remove and set aside.
