Gujarati-style Kadhi Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix gram flour and yogurt to make a smooth batter.
  2. Add chopped onion, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt to the batter. Mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and pour the batter into small kebab shapes. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
