Gujarati-style Kadhi Kebabs
Gujarati-style Kadhi Kebabs are a delicious and flavorful dish from the Gujarati cuisine. These kebabs are made with a blend of spices and gram flour, and then cooked to perfection.
Ingredients
- 1 cup gram flour
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix gram flour and yogurt to make a smooth batter.
- Add chopped onion, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt to the batter. Mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan and pour the batter into small kebab shapes. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
