Ingredients

  • 250g paneer, cubed
  • 1 cup yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and red chili powder.
  2. Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
  4. Add the marinated paneer and bell peppers to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Pour in the tomato puree and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Season with salt and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
