Ingredients
- 1 cup milk powder
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
- 1/4 cup milk
- Oil for frying
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the milk powder, all-purpose flour, and baking soda.
- Add ghee and milk to the dry ingredients to form a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into smooth balls.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the dough balls on low heat until golden brown.
- In a separate pan, combine sugar, water, and cardamom powder to make the sugar syrup.
- Once the dough balls are fried, soak them in the sugar syrup for a few hours before serving.
