- 500g beef tongue, sliced

- 400ml coconut milk
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons tamarind paste
- 1 tablespoon palm sugar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the beef tongue, onions, garlic, red chilies, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves.
- Pour in the coconut milk and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 1.5 hours, or until the beef tongue is tender.
- Stir in the tamarind paste and palm sugar. Season with salt to taste.
- Simmer for an additional 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
