Ingredients

- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp tamarind paste

Instructions

- Add beef cubes and cook until browned.
- Stir in lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, and red chilies.
