Ingredients
- 4 cups of cubed watermelon
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup of fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, sliced red onion, crumbled feta cheese, chopped mint leaves, and chopped basil leaves.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Drizzle the dressing over the watermelon mixture and gently toss to coat.
