Ingredients

  • 4 cups of cubed watermelon
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, sliced red onion, crumbled feta cheese, chopped mint leaves, and chopped basil leaves.
