Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Place the pork cubes in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the pork. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated pork cubes onto skewers.
  5. Grill the pork skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and slightly charred.
