Guyanese Style Barbecue Pork

Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Place the pork cubes in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the pork. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

- Thread the marinated pork cubes onto skewers.
