Ingredients

  • 500g chicken wings
  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Add water to make a smooth batter.
  2. Marinate the chicken wings in the batter and let it sit for 15 minutes.
