Ingredients
- 500g chicken wings
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Add water to make a smooth batter.
