Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons scallions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped scallions.
- Heat the cooking oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and swirl to spread it evenly.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is set but the top is still slightly runny.
- Using a spatula, gently roll the omelette from one side to the other to form a log shape.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes, then transfer to a cutting board and slice into rounds.
