Ingredients
- 1 pack of ramen noodles
- 12 gyoza dumplings
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional)
- 1/2 cup corn kernels (optional)

Instructions
- Boil the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chicken or vegetable broth to the pot and bring to a simmer.
- Add the gyoza dumplings to the broth and cook for 5-7 minutes until they are fully cooked.
- Stir in the soy sauce and optional chili oil. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pot and mix well.
- Divide the ramen and gyoza into serving bowls, and top with green onions, corn kernels, and bean sprouts if desired.
