Ingredients
- 20 gyoza wrappers
- 200g ground pork
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon chili oil (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, cabbage, green onions, garlic, and ginger.
- Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each gyoza wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold and pleat to seal the gyoza.
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a simmer. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and chili oil if using.
- Add the gyoza to the simmering broth and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the gyoza are cooked through.
- Serve the gyoza and broth in bowls, garnished with additional chopped green onions if desired.
