Ingredients

  • 1 whole duck, cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 3-4 green chilies, slit
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons mustard oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the duck pieces with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat mustard oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add the marinated duck pieces and green chilies to the pan. Cook on medium heat until the duck is tender and the spices are well incorporated.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
