Ingredients
- 1 whole duck, cleaned and cut into pieces
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3-4 green chilies, slit
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons mustard oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the duck pieces with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat mustard oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
- Add the marinated duck pieces and green chilies to the pan. Cook on medium heat until the duck is tender and the spices are well incorporated.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
