Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tablespoons fermented black beans
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Steamed rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the fermented black beans, soy sauce, oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the chicken and stir-fry until it is no longer pink. Add the onion, bell pepper, and black bean sauce mixture. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the chicken is cooked through.
