Ingredients
- 400g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 300g fresh noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons black peppercorns, crushed
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef slices and stir-fry until browned. Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add more oil if needed and sauté the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper until fragrant.
- Add the crushed black peppercorns and stir-fry for another minute.
- Return the beef to the wok and add oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar. Stir well to combine.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring the mixture to a simmer. Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Cook the fresh noodles according to the package instructions and divide them into serving bowls.
- Ladle the black pepper beef over the noodles and serve hot.
