Ingredients
- 1.5 kg pork ribs
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 thumb-sized ginger, sliced
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the pork ribs to the pot and brown them on all sides.
- Pour in the soy sauce, brown sugar, and water. Season with salt and pepper.
