Ingredients
- 1 lb squid, cleaned and sliced
- 3 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add garlic and red chili, and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
