Ingredients

  • 500g fish fillet, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge the fish fillet in cornstarch, then dip in beaten eggs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish fillet until golden brown. Set aside.
