Ingredients
- 500g fish fillet, cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper.
- Dredge the fish fillet in cornstarch, then dip in beaten eggs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish fillet until golden brown. Set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic, onion, and bell peppers until fragrant.
