Ingredients
- 200g fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 300g bok choy, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
- Add bok choy and bell pepper, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and chicken broth.
- Pour the sauce over the shrimp and vegetables, stir well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
