Ingredients

  • 200g fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 300g bok choy, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
  4. Add bok choy and bell pepper, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and chicken broth.
  6. Pour the sauce over the shrimp and vegetables, stir well to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
