Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 salted duck eggs, yolks mashed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions
- Heat cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
