Ingredients

  • 12 large fresh mushrooms
  • 200g ground pork
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup water chestnuts, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set aside. Clean the mushroom caps and pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix together ground pork, minced garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, green onion, water chestnuts, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff the mushroom caps with the pork mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed mushrooms in a steaming plate and steam over high heat for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
