Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup cooked rice

  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, cooked rice, chopped onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, pepper, green onions, and cilantro.
  4. Stuff the bell peppers with the pork mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the filling is cooked through.
