Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup cooked rice

Instructions

- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.

- Stuff the bell peppers with the pork mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the filling is cooked through.
