Ingredients

  • 4 small bitter melons
  • 200g ground pork
  • 1 egg

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Prepare the bitter melons by cutting them in half lengthwise and removing the seeds and pith.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground pork, egg, garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  3. Stuff the bitter melon halves with the pork mixture.
