Ingredients
- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup ground peanuts or red bean paste
- 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the glutinous rice flour, water, and sugar to form a dough.
- Divide the dough into small balls and flatten each ball into a disc.
- Place a small amount of ground peanuts or red bean paste in the center of each disc and wrap the dough around the filling, forming it into a ball.
- Boil the taro balls in a pot of water until they float to the surface, then remove and drain.
- Roll the cooked taro balls in the crushed peanuts until coated.
