Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 cups water

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add ginger, garlic, star anise, and cinnamon sticks. Sauté until fragrant.
