Ingredients
- 500g chicken feet
- 2 slices ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp five-spice powder
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Blanch the chicken feet in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- Heat some oil in a wok or large pot, then add the ginger, garlic, and green onions. Stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the blanched chicken feet to the wok, then pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, and five-spice powder. Stir to coat the chicken feet evenly.
- Pour in the water, cover the wok, and simmer for 1 hour, or until the chicken feet are tender and the sauce has thickened.
