Ingredients
- 1 pound pork loin, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup white vinegar

Instructions
- In a bowl, coat the pork strips with cornstarch, then dip them into the beaten eggs.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the pork strips until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the bell peppers and onion until slightly tender.
