Ingredients
- 250g halloumi cheese, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the halloumi slices and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the halloumi from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining olive oil and sauté the tomatoes, onion, and bell pepper for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the cooked halloumi and sautéed vegetables on a serving platter.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
