Ingredients
- 1 cup shaved ice
- 1/2 cup sweetened red beans
- 1/2 cup sweetened plantains, sliced
- 1/2 cup sweetened jackfruit, sliced
- 1/2 cup sweetened coconut strips
- 1/2 cup cooked sweetened sago pearls
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup ube (purple yam) jam
- 1/4 cup leche flan (caramel custard), cubed
- 1/4 cup crushed ice
Instructions
- In a tall glass, layer the shaved ice, sweetened red beans, sweetened plantains, sweetened jackfruit, sweetened coconut strips, and sweetened sago pearls.
- Pour evaporated milk over the layers.
- Sprinkle sugar on top.
- Add a dollop of ube jam and cubed leche flan.
- Top with crushed ice.
