Ingredients
- 4 cups grated carrots
- 4 cups whole milk
- 1 cup sugar

Instructions
- In a large pot, combine grated carrots and milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are soft and most of the milk has evaporated (about 30 minutes).
