Ham Panggang Glaze Nanas Dan Rum (pineapple Rum Glazed Ham)

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-10 pound) fully-cooked bone-in ham
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup dark rum
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Score the surface of the ham with shallow diagonal cuts, making a diamond pattern.
  3. In a saucepan, combine the pineapple juice, brown sugar, rum, mustard, and cloves. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the glaze thickens slightly, about 10 minutes.
  4. Place the ham in a roasting pan and brush the glaze all over the surface of the ham.
  5. Bake the ham in the preheated oven, basting every 20 minutes with the pan juices, until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C), about 2 hours.
  6. Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
