Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Score the surface of the ham with shallow diagonal cuts, making a diamond pattern.
- In a saucepan, combine the pineapple juice, brown sugar, rum, mustard, and cloves. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the glaze thickens slightly, about 10 minutes.
