Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 1/2 cups uncooked rotini pasta
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
