Hamburger Helper Lasagna

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 1/2 cups uncooked rotini pasta
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in the pasta. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes or until the pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with cheeses. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
