Ingredients
- 2 bundles of dried naengmyeon noodles
- 4 cups of beef or vegetable broth
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 Asian pear, julienned
- 4 slices of boiled beef or ham
- 4 tablespoons of vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of Korean mustard
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Boil the naengmyeon noodles according to the package instructions, then rinse under cold water and drain.
- In a bowl, mix the broth, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and Korean mustard to make the broth.
- Place the chilled noodles in a serving bowl, pour the broth over the noodles, and add ice cubes to keep it cold.
- Top the noodles with sliced hard-boiled eggs, julienned cucumber, julienned Asian pear, and slices of boiled beef or ham.
