  • 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the beef slices with oyster sauce, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and cornstarch. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
