Ingredients

  • 500g large prawns, deveined and shells removed

  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a wok over high heat.
  2. Add the garlic, ginger, and red chilies. Stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the prawns and stir-fry until they turn pink and curl up.
  4. Pour in the Shaoxing wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and white pepper. Stir-fry until the prawns are evenly coated with the sauce.
