Ingredients
- 1 medium butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch cubes

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, harissa paste, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the butternut squash cubes to the bowl and toss until well coated.
