Harissa-roasted Butternut Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 medium butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 2 tablespoons harissa paste

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. Add the butternut squash cubes to the bowl and toss until well coated.
