Hawaiian Pineapple Bbq Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Place the ribs in a large roasting pan.
