Ingredients
- 500g ground chicken
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground chicken, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
- Place a small amount of the chicken mixture onto each dumpling wrapper. Fold the wrapper over the filling and seal the edges.
- Place the dumplings in a steamer and steam for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
