Hazaragi Chicken Dumplings (Manto-e Murgh)

Ingredients

  • 500g ground chicken
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package dumpling wrappers
