Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Transfer the meatballs to a serving platter and serve hot.
