Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and cubed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add bell pepper, snap peas, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet to create a clear space in the center. Add the tofu cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.
- Stir the sauce mixture and pour it over the tofu and vegetables. Gently toss to coat everything in the sauce.
- In a small bowl, whisk together vegetable broth and cornstarch. Pour the mixture into the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Transfer the stir-fry to a serving platter and arrange the tofu and vegetables in a lotus blossom pattern. Garnish with chopped green onions.
