  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add bell pepper, snap peas, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
