Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Rinse the lotus leaves and soak them in warm water until they become soft and pliable.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and green onion to make the marinade.
